What Does Successful
Life Coaching Look Like?

You might be asking yourself what successful life coaching looks like. How do you know if you're making the changes you wanted to make? How can you be sure you're getting your money's worth out of your coaching experience?

The first thing to remember is that your experience with life coaching is primarily up to you. Of course you need to find a good coach with whom you connect.

But your motivations for and actions towards a better life are the catalyst to change. Do you really want to accomplish the goals you say you do? In other words, are you ready to stop just talking about it and actually do it?

This past week has really been great! I feel like we really hit on something last week and the changes have been visible and effective! -- Emily Hartley, LaVergne, TN

Many times we want to make some changes in our lives but we don't want to badly enough. You know how it is--sometimes it's easier to just keep things they way they are! But in order to see dramatic changes in life, we have to anticipate some work and then DO IT!

You can DO it!

Successful life coaching requires you to commit to the following:

You have a true desire for positive life change.

You will work diligently towards your goals.

You are accountable for your actions and behaviors.

If you are committed, you will notice the following successes:

  • Setting specific and realistic goals ("I really can do this!")

  • Amazing yourself with your planning and follow through ("I can't believe I'm actually getting this done--it's so unlike me!")

  • Taking charge of your life instead of waiting for it to happen to you ("I'm shocked at how many things I can actually control in my life!")

  • Recognizing and feeling your power and strength ("I really feel like I have some real choices now!")

  • Taking action, making things happen, moving forward ("Things are so much different today than they were before I focused my energies!")

  • Feeling more content with where your life is headed ("I know where I want to go from here!")
Successful life coaching is all about your attitude, your determination, and your goals.
