Finally!

A Surefire Self Care Strategy to
Feel Happier, More Successful,
and More Fulfilled!

(The secret bonus is you’ll increase your confidence
and self control at the same time!)

Dear Overwhelmed Woman,

Let’s be honest.

Self care is probably not Number One on your list of priorities. If you’re like me, you spend most of your physical and emotional energy on family, work, and daily responsibilities. And for most overwhelmed women, any bit of remaining energy may be spent on feeling guilty, disappointed, or unfulfilled.

Ugh, doesn’t sound very good does it?

Do you:

  • Expect others to know what you need? And when they don’t you feel deflated or resentful?
  • Feel stuck in a rut and unsatisfied?
  • Wish you had more will power and more self-confidence?
  • Keep looking for the right balance between personal fulfillment and your family's needs?
  • Start off strong on your New Year’s Resolutions then find yourself giving up after a few weeks?
  • Love the idea of fine tuning your life’s direction but lack the knowhow and stick-to-itiveness?
  • Wish you ate better and exercised more?

Who's taking care of YOU?

If you can relate to the questions above, then you’re like many overwhelmed women who feel physically exhausted, emotionally overextended, and personally unfulfilled. It’s easy to lose yourself in everyone else's needs and hard to maintain a healthy self care routine in today’s busy world.

As women we dedicate an unparalleled amount of energy and commitment to the people and things that are important to us. And that’s a great thing! But giving too much to others and not enough to yourself isn’t so great. Consistent self care is by far one of the most important things you can do to propel your life in a positive direction.

Why is self care so important? It’s more than taking a warm bubble bath or getting to read your favorite book now and then. It’s a process of attending to yourself in very deliberate, methodical ways that has a ripple effect on your entire being. I'm convinced if you’re ready to change your life and really take care of yourself, you’ll want what I have to offer!

Who Else Wants to Feel
Confident, In Control, and Fulfilled?

I love my life right now! More importantly, I love who I am and what I'm capable of accomplishing. I'm absolutely positive this is because I’ve made my self care a priority. I feel I’m doing important things with my life and I’m excited about the direction I’m heading. I feel content with myself physically. I’ve got a good and reliable support system. I’m confident my ability, determination, and enthusiasm are my greatest strengths and will continue to serve me well. I actually accomplish things I set out to do. The biggest reason for all of this is I have made my self care a good habit.

But there was a time when none of this was so. A while back I realized I was having a hard time getting into a healthy eating and exercising routine. What became apparent was that I felt bad about myself on many levels. I was struggling with poor body image. I wondered whether I was a good mom to my two young children. I was frustrated with my inability to manage stress and exhaustion. I felt depleted at the end of every day and had a tough time getting my juice back.

I felt resentful my husband wasn’t “tuned in” to my needs. The parts of my personality I used to like best; my humor, patience, empathy, and optimism had disappeared. Isolated, discouraged, and overwhelmed, it was impossible to give 100% to everyone and everything that needed my attention.

I was unhappy. And there was nothing I wanted more than to feel better and in control, I just didn’t know how to make it happen. I’d had a lot of success helping other people deal with difficult situations and achieve their goals but I was having a challenging time helping myself. I tried positive self-talk (and some negative talk too!) and goal-setting but I just didn’t get anywhere.

Does any of this sound familiar? You may not have experienced the exact same circumstances I have, but you’ve probably experienced some of the same feelings. In fact, if you’re still reading, you may be struggling with similar overwhelmed feelings right now.

One day I discovered a solution. I decided to try an experiment. I set a goal of getting into better shape and made a list of daily achievements to get there. I included things like eating three servings of veggies, avoiding sweets, and not eating after 7:00 PM as daily goals. Every item I achieved was worth one point. I recruited my husband to join me and we kept each other accountable for achieving our daily point total. I found myself looking forward to achieving my daily goals.

What I Discovered Was Amazing!

At the end of my three month experiment, not only was I in better physical shape, I also noticed some amazing “bonus benefits", too. My confidence was sky high—-I actually made progress on a challenging goal. And, I knew I could do it again. I had developed a strong sense of accomplishment. I’d stuck with a challenging goal and followed it through to the very end. Instead of believing I had no will power, I realized I DO have will power. Feeling "in control" of my world and my achievements was incredibly empowering. I felt intensely fulfilled for working so hard and taking good care of myself. And one of the best side benefits was feeling more connected with my husband through the journey.

Those “bonus benefits" rippled through my being. I decided to take charge of other aspects of my life and make drastic improvements in those areas as well.

Here are a few examples:

  • Naturally I'm a very shy person, but with my increased confidence, I was able to give two presentations at a professional women’s conference that were very well received!
  • I actually started recognizing and appreciating the little successes in my life. I started feeling more appreciative and grateful for who and what I am!
  • I came to learn I'm in control of my thoughts and actions and am accountable for my choices which makes it possible for me to do anything!
  • Feeling fulfilled made me happier. I'm a more patient mother, a more loving spouse, and, a more engaged friend. I feel "filled to the brim" which allows me to give generously to others while replenishing and flourishing myself!
  • My revived sense of connectedness was like a current that touched every association in my life. I re-engaged in relationships that I’d pulled away from with a newfound sense of community and purpose!

It turned out I needed much more than positive self-talk. What I really needed was a clear self care goal, a practical strategy, consistent support, and a feeling of success.

I’m so excited with how much I’ve discovered and grown and the huge benefits I’ve enjoyed that I can't wait to share my success with you! Keep in mind, this all happened rather inefficiently, without a big support or accountability system and with many mistakes and false starts. Just visualize how successful you can be with a well-planned self care strategy!

Are You Ready to Commit to Your Happiness?

I've put together an amazing self help group entitled "Strong Foundation for a New Direction" that will transform your life and how you feel about yourself. Imagine the possibilities when you focus your energies, enhance your strengths, and experience the wonderful success you've always wanted.

The "Strong Foundation for a New Direction" program will help you identify and achieve a self care goal that's important to you. This will become your “new direction.” For example, you may want to get in better shape, implement a stress reduction routine, or increase your personal fulfillment level. Your goal should be something you’ve been struggling with. Something you know is lacking. Something you’re willing to dedicate time and energy to achieve. It must be important to you.

Secondly, the "Strong Foundation" program will increase your self-confidence, your will power, your sense of community and connectedness, and your feelings of personal fulfillment. These make up your “foundation.” They're accomplished by working towards your self care goal and the successes you encounter along the way.

"Strong Foundation" is a seven-week program including three essential features. The most valuable is a 75-minute weekly group coaching teleclass (group meeting over the phone) that meets on the same day and time for seven weeks. Your group will be small; I create an intimate group feeling so you get individual attention and so you get to know your fellow group members better.

I facilitate each weekly group session. We talk about your successes and challenges that week, as well as discuss a self care topic relevant to each new stage for you. It’s an empowering combination of group coaching, discussion, and support.

The Seven Essential Components for
Your Ultimate Success

Weekly Self Care Focus Topics include:
  • Week One: Dedicate Yourself to the Process
  • Week Two: Tune In to Your Values and Turn Around Your Frustration
  • Week Three: Don't Let Yourself Down: How to Recognize Self-Sabotage and What to Do About It
  • Week Four: How to Stay Motivated and Give Yourself What You Need
  • Week Five: Meet Your Stress...and Give it Some Love!
  • Week Six: How to Get the Support You Want
  • Week Seven: Recognize Your Newfound Strengths and How to Use them for the Rest of Your Life!

I'd love for you to attend all seven teleclasses. But I know that sometimes things come up and plans have to change. For that reason, each group coaching call is recorded and available if you need to catch up.

In between our weekly calls, I provide a private online forum for group members. The forum is a chance for you to check in with your group members and ask questions, for members to share their stories between group sessions, and for follow up discussions. It’s a great way to connect with like-minded women and to reach out and get the support and encouragement you need.

The forum, like all other aspects of the program, is only available to group members. Your privacy is valued and no personal information about you will be shared without your permission.

It's easy to feel like you’re struggling all by yourself. When you start to feel that way it can be tough to pull yourself out of a funk and keep things going in the right direction. That’s the wonderful thing about this self care program! With the forum you'll have daily access to the other women in the group to vent frustrations, share strategies, exclaim successes, request support, and offer accolades. This is what connecting is all about.

When we become overwhelmed, our important relationships and sense of belonging often pay the price. So this is a great way to gain and give support, as well as benefit from the strength of the community.

The third feature of the "Strong Foundation" program is an accountability partner. Each group member will have a partner within the group to set goals, gain support, share frustrations and celebrate successes with. Your partner is essential to providing accountability and motivation that will help you take control of your choices and keep yourself moving forward. Partners can connect as often as they wish.

What’s the big deal about accountability? The lack of it is often one of the biggest reasons for our failures. When you only have to answer to yourself, it’s easy to let yourself off the hook! It's very easy to feel overwhelmed, give up on our goals, and not commit when it's all about us. A dedicated partner who has witnessed and supported your goals from the beginning and is invested in helping you through the tough times is essential to making the wonderful changes you deserve.

Warning: Group Coaching Isn’t Glamorous

Before our first group coaching session, you’ll complete an intake form on topics like choosing your self care goal, assessing your commitment level, and identifying your strengths. Don’t worry about getting things “right”; I’ll give you feedback on your responses so that you’ll feel ready to fine tune your goals on Day One and hit the ground running!

In our first group session we’ll spend a lot of time talking about your general self care goal and fine tuning your daily goals. These are simple, small, and reasonable goals you can achieve each day that move you closer to your general self care goal. You’ll document your goals and keep track of your progress on a customizable action plan template I’ll provide. It's up to you to spend time each day working on your goals and completing whatever homework was assigned for the week. After each successful week you’ll enjoy a built-in rewards system to recognize your achievements!

We’ll discuss relevant issues during our group sessions: how to keep motivated, what to do when your excitement wears off, how to get the support you need, ways to overcome sabotaging thoughts and behaviors. These topics are perfect for further discussion on the forum and with your accountability partner.

I'll coach you every step of the way, from establishing your general self care goal in week one, to coaxing you to dig a little deeper in week four, to celebrating your successes and growth in week seven. Your success is based on a step-by-step model to reinforce positive choices, develop your stick-to-itiveness, and maximize your achievement. Remember, I’ve been through this process before so I’m familiar with many of the challenges, setbacks, and surprises that come along!

Effective self care, coupled with accountability, is an amazing way to strengthen your personal foundation (self-confidence, determination, commitment).

It can take a while to get into a successful self care routine. But it is truly one of those things you have to be brave enough to do for yourself. If you have some internal message that tells you it’s selfish to take care of yourself, that may be something to work on. Because self care is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

Is the Time Right For You?

Now, I know you’re busy, and that’s probably a big part of the reason you’re not taking care of yourself as you should. But it takes time, focus, and practice to create new habits and that’s exactly what we’re going to do. You should expect to have this group coaching program play a significant role in your thoughts and choices during the seven weeks. And if reading that turns you off, you may not be in a place to do what's necessary to help yourself right now.

And that’s okay. I want you to join this self help group when you’re ready. When you’re excited to get started. When you can’t wait to get the ball rolling. Joining a program like this before then is a waste of your time and resources. I don’t want that for you.

Why Should You Trust Me?

I’ve spent most of my adult life in the helping profession, from being a therapist for abuse survivors to being a relationship coach for a popular online service.

Although I have a Master’s in counseling, the vast majority of my “schooling” came from my professional and personal interactions with people.

I've walked with overwhelmed women through some of their most frustrating and challenging times and I've learned a lot. I paid attention. I asked questions. I became very familiar with many womens' most common fears, challenges, and underestimated strengths. And I know what it takes to work through them to find ultimate success.

Remember, I've gone through this very same self care program-- before it was even a program! The success I enjoyed after my experience was proof that this is an amazing and realistic process. I know the necessary steps to make your elusive self care goals a reality and I've paired them up with the most supportive and accountability-focused program available. I know how to get you where you want to go.

Here’s What Others Say About
"Strong Foundation for a New Direction"

I learned to stop dwelling on the small setbacks

"Before I began the "Strong Foundation for a New Direction" self help group, I felt as if I lacked the necessary willpower and stick-to-it-tiveness to accomplish any goals. The vague goals that I'd set for myself seemed way out of reach. I had no real plan for success and judged my efforts too harshly. I had a pattern of setting myself up for failure.

By attending Corinna's classes, I learned to stop dwelling on the small setbacks that are inevitable and instead see the big picture. Rather than getting frustrated and giving up, I started to enjoy the positive self care changes that I was making and realized that success isn't synonymous with perfection. The online forum and conversations with my accountability partner were a great support if I was having a tough week.

Since completing Corinna's class, I feel much more capable of getting what I want out of life. The veil has been lifted and I now see the steps that I need to take to move myself in the right direction. Never again will I feel clueless, powerless, or "stuck."

This class is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who wants to be more successful in setting and reaching their self care goals. Commit yourself to the program and you'll be amazed at what can happen!"

Corinna inspires you to change your way of life

"When Corinna offered this opportunity, I knew right away that I wanted to be a part of it. Just for the simple fact that she is always helpful and knows her stuff! She is a wonderful person, full of life and positivity, always ready and willing to help.

Before I started the "Strong Foundation for a New Direction" self care group, I was very overwhelmed with the daily tasks of life. I would never get anything done and I would procrastinate constantly to avoid the work. I never knew how to break things down rationally and figure out how to get things done. Nor did I think it had anything to do with my stress level.

But, after joining the group I was able to recognize that it is easier now to manage things around my home. Setting up small goals that were individually suitable for me and fun to achieve was what I took from this. And I feel like my stress level is decreasing daily. I learned how to be less overwhelmed even when everything doesn't get done all at once. Small daily goals - one at a time.

I can't wait to continue this way of living. I enjoy the "points system" and it is such an easy thing to do. And the thing that helped too was that Corinna was right on top of things when I had questions, giving me something more to take with me. I'm excited to put her advice to action and I'm thankful for the tools she has provided!

I highly recommend working with Corinna to help you set practical self care goals for your life. She inspires you to change your way of life and keeps you motivated and confident that you can do this! I enjoyed every day and the time that I spent with the group. It was a great opportunity."

Corinna's coaching class gives you
that extra push you need!

"Before I started the Strong Foundation for a New Direction coaching group, I was extremely tired and lacked motivation to do anything. My diet was terrible and I stopped exercising. I gained back the weight that I lost the year before in a matter of six months. I was unhappy because I did not feel confident or strong like I use to feel. I was the type of person that was always confident and would do whatever I wanted. When I lost motivation I lost the will to go out and have fun and try new things.

What I got out of the coaching was a way to focus again. I have always been a competitive person and I found that the point system worked for me. It was a healthy and fun way for me to compete against myself. One thing I learned was even though I might not make my point goals for the week, I did not fail. That really helped me to stop looking at myself as a failure. If I had a setback, whatever it might be, I saw it as just that, a setback, and not a failure. I found myself getting back in the gym to exercise and noticed my body getting more toned and defined. The energy I got also felt great. My diet became healthier and I started drinking more water and actually started eating fruits and vegetables. It also really helped to have the weekly group coaching because it guided me throughout the week and kept me focused. It was also nice to hear other people’s success stories. It made me feel like part of a group and it was nice to support other people and have them support me.

I see myself continuing using the techniques I learned from Corinna. I can apply the same techniques and philosophies to any problem I want to overcome or any new goals I want to reach. They are simple enough to understand and do on your own and they are powerful enough to work in anyway you need them. The information provided and talked about can help you in your life in so many different ways. The atmosphere provided on the weekly conference calls was friendly and comfortable. I did not feel like I was being judged and I felt that the other people in the class understood me and supported me. I looked forward to our weekly calls.

I would recommend to anyone that is in a rut and needs a push to sign up for Corinna’s coaching class. Sometimes it’s hard for us to motivate ourselves to get started on something, whether it’s losing weight, eating healthy, being more social, or being motivated again. Corinna’s coaching class gives that extra push you need!"

I started feeling better, losing weight and
had more confidence

"Before joining the “Strong Foundation for a New Direction” group, I was unmotivated. I had become discouraged with my weight and physical health. I had very little energy and a negative self image. I have 3 children and always put myself last.

Corinna gave me tools to see my accomplishments. With an accountability partner and the weekly group coaching, I found motivation. I enjoyed the time on the phone and was always surprised at how fast it went by. Corinna helped me to realize that I needed to make time for my own self care. Taking care of myself helped me to be a better mother, wife and friend. Corinna was very professional and easy to talk to. She really cared about my goals and gave me support by listening without judgment. I started feeling better, losing weight and had more self-confidence.

I left the course with excitement for my goals. I plan to continue to use the tools that she has given me to continue my weight loss journey and experience a more fulfilled life.

Signing up for Corinna’s class will help you to have renewed energy to achieve your goals. You will find more self confidence, fulfillment and a sense of accomplishment!"

I think Corinna helped me
to find the person I once was

"The Strong Foundation for a New Direction self care coaching program has been wonderful to me personally! I got so much out of it and I honestly did not know what to expect at the beginning. I was struggling to overcome a setback in my life and could not seem to move forward. Corinna and this process have helped me tremendously to move past this dark area and to focus on the positive things in my life.

Corinna's guidance and encouragement were instrumental to me being able to set individual goals to challenge myself and discover and achieve a more healthy balance in my life. I could not have accomplished so much without the other ladies in my group. They were distant voices from various backgrounds, places and experiences but we found common ground, common needs and common challenges to share, discuss and overcome together. The support I received from the group was so encouraging and helpful. I do not think my goals would have been so attainable without them and certainly not without Corinna’s calming voice of positive reassurance each week.

I feel I have come a long way through this process of having a group life coach. I feel for the first time in a long time that I am a capable individual who is actually in control of their life. I think Corinna helped me to find the person I once was and to be an even better person who is in tune to their feelings and the feelings of others. My life is a more positive adventure with much hope for the future. And I have the skills and knowledge to get myself back on track should I need it in the future. But I also have Corinna’s number as well!"

I undid decades of self-destructive behaviors

"When I signed up for Corinna's self care life coaching group I had some reservations. I had been in individual and group psychological therapy many years ago to survive childhood sexual abuse. After decades of psychological and emotional work, my difficult childhood memories no longer dominated my attitudes and behaviors. I learned to cope w/the past. But I was still feeling dissatisfied. I got lost.

How could Corinna's 7 week program compare to the years (and dollars) invested in traditional psychoanalytical therapy? How effective was group sharing via teleconferencing/online forums? How could a group of strangers (sight unseen) from all over the country relate to one another? I had my doubts but the cost of the program was so reasonable that I decided to sign up anyway.

Thank God that my intuition paid off. I worked hard and reaped new behaviors and insights in a very short time. I chose my main goal as well as 7 specific daily goals. At first I thought that my main goal to practice better self care was superficial. But when I began to make my daily/weekly goals it occurred to me that taking care of myself went beyond my progress report, it showed me that I had the will to thrive.

I undid decades of self destructive behaviors. My new behaviors are life-giving and a part of my daily routine now. In my mind, this program eliminates peer/facilitator pressure because I personally designed my goals and point system. I had a facilitator, an accountability partner and the group members to support all of my efforts. It was my time to change, my choice to change and my will to make it happen.

I feel so grateful to have had the women in my group. I still don't know how my group members look like but I could hear and sense their personal concerns, strengths and spirit. We learned trust and acceptance from each other and our stranger status evolved into something quite beautiful. My newfound confidence in myself and hopes for a future with endless possibilities were rooted and nourished by Corinna's successful program.

I recommend her Strong Foundation for a New Direction coaching program to anyone who is ready to make positive changes in a short period of time. Corinna's self care program is progressive and works!!!"

Now I feel empowered, happier, and
I don't have the anxiety anymore

"Before I started the self care class I was at a point where I needed to make a decision about my career. I had a very hectic travel scheduled and plenty of deadlines to boot. My job was draining me. I knew I had to do something-but what? I knew I needed an unbiased opinion-but from whom? I think I was on the verge of depression and I was always anxious.

I got so much out of the class and discussions, I had to evaluate my values and what is important to me, I learned how to recognize self sabotage and interrupt negative self talk, I gained helpful tips to deal with stress and some new goal setting strategies . The topics Corinna chose for the sessions really helped me to focus internally on issues I thought I had no control over. Now I feel empowered, happier and I don't have the anxiety anymore.

In the first session we were challenged to set goals for the 7 weeks. I decided it wasn't about my career path. I needed to take care of me first. So I made my overall goal to take better care of myself. By the end of the 7 weeks, I had lost 10 pound and 19 inches! From this point on, I see myself continuing to set goals that help me take better care of myself. Most of my goals became habits by the end of the 7 weeks and I have set new goals.

Nothing about my employment has changed, I continue to travel and have deadlines, but I no longer feel like it is draining me. I make better decisions now, I say no to tasks if I feel overwhelmed and I speak up for myself. Yes, I put my self care needs first and it feels great! It may sound selfish but if we don't take time for self care we can't care for others and we don't have the energy to be all we can be.

I would recommend this class to anyone who feels like they have lost control. Sometimes all we need is an unbiased nudge to put us back on track and that is what The Strong Foundations for a New Direction class has offered me. You will be able to put things in proper perspective, set and achieve goals, gain confidence and a sense of accomplishment. And maybe put yourself first for a change. It feels great!"

You may find it priceless to get individual coaching on your options and personal challenges!

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed

I'm so confident you’ll be surprised at how much you accomplish and how much more you learn about yourself that I offer a money back guarantee.

That's right, I said it.

If you have used the 3 features (participated in the group coaching calls, utilized your accountability partner, contributed to the online forum), taken advantage of your free 30 minute individual coaching call with me, and truly tried to work your self care plan…if you’ve done all these things and by the end of the seven week program feel as if you’ve gained and learned nothing from the experience, I will gladly refund your money.

What do you have to lose?
