I offer a wide range of life coaching fees and services because I believe it’s important for coaching to be accessible and affordable. I offer day, evening, and weekend appointments to accommodate a variety of schedules. I accept payment through Paypal, a trusted company for secure online purchasing.

Telephone Coaching Packages

• This package is perfect if you do want to commit-—to achieving your goals, not to a long term coaching contract!

• This opportunity might work best if you want to have a brainstorming partner for an upcoming work project, want to feel validated and supported after a frustrating encounter, or want to clarify and strategize your life plan.

• Conveniently pay for one session at a time for as few or as many sessions as you'd like!

The "Strong Foundation for a New Direction" Package - $325 for one 7-week program

• This package is perfect if you have a self-care goal you really want to see significant improvement on like getting healthy, increasing self esteem, or reducing stress.

• Ideal program for women who are struggling to find and love themselves after a life changing event.

• Program is seven weeks long and includes 30-minute weekly phone coaching sessions, three thought provoking and motivational emails each week in addition to unlimited email support, a customizable template for your own unique action plan, and fresh ideas and strategies to finally make your goals a reality!

• Weekly focus topics include Dedicating Yourself to the Process, Tune in to Your Values, How to Deal with Self Sabotage, How to Stay Motivated, Best Ways to Deal with Stress, How to Get the Support You Need, and How to Use Your Newfound Strengths for the Rest of Your Life!

The "Immersion" Package - $325 for four 45-minute telephone sessions (once per week for 4 weeks)

• This package is perfect if you like the flexibility of setting your own agenda each session, the time for exploration and discovery, and the results that come from increased focus and awareness.

• Includes unlimited email support.

• This package gives you the opportunity to experience significant personal change that can occur over a period of time.

• If you pay up front for 3 Immersion Packages (12 sessions) you’ll receive a $50 discount.

Email Coaching Packages

• Some people feel more comfortable with written communication. If you’re one of those people, this package is for you!

• You will receive responses from me within 48 hours of your messages.

• This is a great way to stay on target with your goals and connected to your me no matter the time of day or your location.

• Great for people who visually process and retain information more effectively and who like to have written feedback to read through at their own pace.

• In addition to our email conversations, I also send various affirmations, motivational "posters", and other resources tailored to your needs.

The "Jump Start" Package - $37 for one email coaching response

• If you want personalized and affordable advice based on your specific circumstances and concerns, this is a great option for you!

• This is a four-part email conversation that addresses a specific issue you're struggling with.

  1) You'll send me an email describing your situation, life challenge, or personal goal.

  2) I'll respond with my professional thoughts, insights, ideas, resources, questions, and encouragement for increased discovery and refreshed perspective with an emphasis on practical and optimistic options.

  3) You'll respond with your reaction, update on steps taken, and additional questions.

  4) My final note will respond to your feedback and include validation, encouragement, and additional resources for further benefit.

• Our emails will be available for you to read and re-read at your leisure so that you may gain some clarity on your personal concerns and jump start your ability to take it from there!

No one can guarantee the specific results a person will get from coaching, but I do guarantee your satisfaction with the coaching process. If at any time you're not content with the direction of coaching, just let me know and we'll take the necessary steps to get on track. Your openness about what you want for your life and from coaching is vital to our continuing success.

If, after doing your part to be committed to and strive towards your own success, you feel our restructuring is not effective and let me know that, I will reimburse the last life coaching fee you paid to me. I want you to be a happy and successful client and will do my part to make that happen!
